Getting the Easter Eggs Ready!
We wanted to take our kids to our church's Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday. But Bryant woke up crying and having diahrea. No fun! So we made the decision to stay at home and try to get well for Easter Sunday. I mean, they had cute outfits and everything! What a waste if they didn't get to wear them, right? The boys were a tad disappointed, but Daddy made them happy! He ran to Wal-Mart and picked up some plastic eggs. We filled them with some candy and hid them in our den and let them hunt for a while.
By Saturday evening, the boys were both feeling fine. No diahrea for over 12 hours. We had planned on going to my Mom & Dad's house to dye eggs, but had put the plans on hold. I called up and informed them of our status, and they quickly told us to come on over! The boys were THRILLED!Aunt Jennie helped Bryant some and made a few of her own too! I think we ended up dying about 40 eggs that night. There were a few casualties of over-excitement, but those were quickly eaten! Notice Bryant giving you all the egg eye!

In the past the paint kits have been in boxes just like the dye kits but this year they had little packs of Q-tips with dye in the tube part... you snapped the tip of the q-tip (like the oral gel swabs) and the paint flows through. They were .88 cents for a pack of 5 colors. And one pack per person was plenty.
I have never realized just how much Tres looks like your Dad. In that picture you can really tell it.
