Mother's Day

I totally forgot to tell you guys about what my mom and I did to celebrate Mother's Day! We decided to go out last Tuesday night... just she and I. We dropped the kids off with Hank and headed to Wildwood. We had looked at some movie times and decided that would be our best bet. We grabbed a sandwich at Quiznos because we had a buy a sub get a sub free coupon. So we spent $6 there. As we were headed over to the theatre, this big black man comes up and asks us if we are going to see a movie. We say yes, and he offers us free passes to see a sneak peak of Monster-in-Law! I was so happy because I had wanted to see that! We had such a good time. We laughed! In fact, I thought I was going to wet my pants on one part. Then we laughed and talked all the way home. So that's how we celebrated Mother's Day! Posted by Hello

I don't know if you know this but I love your mother to death!!!! I loved it when she sang 'waymaker' I can still remember some of the words... I used to beg her to sing it for me... it was that song that I raised my hands for the first time in church and when i did tears began rolling down my cheeks! Jesus made a way when there was no way!!!! He's a waymaker... how do you know he's a waymaker... what has he done for you?

I agree! When your Mom sang that...WOW! I loved it! I can rememer her standing on that stage & the way she would get into that song. The Spirit moved when she sang it. If she ever sings it at CLC, let me know, because I'll be there!
